We Sent You The Wrong Product:
Please email Customer Service and request a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #). We will send you a pre-paid return label. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. As soon as we receive the returned undamaged/resellable product, we will immediately ship the correct product.
You Ordered The Wrong Product:
If the product has not been opened, we can offer a Exchange for the product cost only. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Email Customer Service and request a RMA# (Exchange Merchandise Authorization #) email@example.com. Ship the unopened product back to us with tracking and insurance on the package. Item must be sealed and resellable. .As soon as we receive the returned product, we can immediately credit your account the cost of the product minus shipping for you to have a credit to get the correct product you desire.
You’re Not Pleased With The Product:
We are very sorry for this, but we cannot provide any cash refunds for products purchased. Please make sure this is the product for you before purchasing. However If you would like to exchange for a different product, we can offer a credit to your account with us to make these changes. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Product must be unopened and resellable. Email Customer Service and request a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #) firstname.lastname@example.org . Ship the unopened product back to us with tracking and insurance on the package.
